Local Assembly and Manufacturing
With multiple automated presses crimping millions of contacts our production facility is up to date and well tooled. Crimp applicators to fit a number of different manufacturers, we can build your assemblies regardless of your approved manufacturer list. Our production staff is well trained with period refresher courses, and our tools are calibrated regularly to ensure a perfect crimp every time.
Testing
Quality is of upmost importance at TCA. Our cable assemblies are tested at least twice, once in production and again in Quality Control. Our test equipment is up to date and calibrated frequently to guarantee accurate testing 100% of the time. If the correct test adapter does not exist for your application, we’ll build it. Our Quality Traveler tells us when a cable was made and when every step of the build process was completed. This allows for perfect traceability.
Prototyping
TCA is known for turning quotes very quickly. But what may be more impressive is our ability to turn a prototype in a matter of days, or even hours. If we have the components in stock, we have been known to turn a prototype around for rushed customers in the same or next day. And for those hard to find parts, our extensive vendor base helps us procure even the rarest connectors as if they were a standard off the shelf item. Upon approval of your new prototype, TCA can begin production builds often within a week or sooner.
Off Shores Manufacturing
Our unique off shores partnerships have allowed us to create new rules to importing. Usually manufacturers are burdened with long lead times and high minimum order quantities when importing custom assemblies. Our manufacturers however, can often build for quantities as low as 100 or less pieces and deliver to the US in only 3 – 4 weeks. Less than ˝ the industry standard!
Inventory Services, Warehousing, Auto Replenish
Many of our customers utilize our auto replenish and just-in-time (KanBan) services to help increase their inventory turns drastically. Count on us to stock your custom assemblies for you and either count and replenish your inventory, or release smaller lines periodically based upon your scheduled order. TCA works to be come as much a part of your company as your employees.
