Can I Track My Order?
Yes! At this time we are working on implementing a program that will send you your tracking information automatically. Until then, however, we will have to email it to you or provide over the phone. Please feel free to contact us for that information.

When Will My Order Ship?
Same day on in stock orders received before noon, next day on the majority of all other orders. You will receive confirmation that your order shipped.

Can I Order By Phone?
Of course! We invite you to test our online store though. After placing your order online you will be emailed order confirmations, your order number, and appropriate tracking information. However, these things can all be done via phone as well. Don't hesitate to call with questions.

Can I Order Custom Products?
Yes! We do build custom cable assemblies. Copper and Fiber Optic. We invite you to call or email us with your requests.

Can I Order With A Purchase Order?
At this time, we require new customers first orders to be paid via credit card, cash, or check. For returning customers, please inquire about terms.

Can You Ship On My Account?
Yes! Please include your UPS Account information when placing your order in the comments section. You will not be billed for freight if we ship on your account.

What About Returns?
All products that are still in original packaging are gladly accepted, however most are subject to restocking fees. Fees vary from 15-35%. If you have any concerns about your product please email or call us with questions. All cables are warrantied. Any cable defect will be FIXED or Replaced by us. We stand behind the quality of our cables 100%.
